Christian Masbanji is a second generation contractor and Santa Barbara local with over 15 years experience working in various trades including for a general contractor, his families metalwork/welding company, property maintenance, and as a solar electrician. Christian also has a customer service and business background and strives to offer reliable, trustworthy, and high quality service that can be counted on time and time again. What are your service areas?

We proudly serve the following areas: Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, Santa Ynez, Solvang, Buellton, Lompoc, and Santa Maria.

What are your rates?

For handyman jobs/repair work we have a $250 minimum and rates start at $90/hr. We generally charge by the job or time and materials. Rates vary based on location, length of job, number of persons required, etc. For remodel or construction projects we charge a flat rate based off the scope of work. We provide free in person estimates for larger projects.

Are you Licensed and Insured?

Yes SB Pro-fix is a California state licensed B2 Remodeling contractor(license #1137988). We also carry $1,000,000 general liability insurance and hold a $25k contractor bond and commercial vehicle insurance.

Our team is experienced in multiple trades and excel in all the services we offer. We have a 1 year workmanship guarantee on all of our projects.

Who will be doing the work?

We are locally owned and operated. Christian and Alex perform most of the smaller handyman and repair jobs in house. For remodels and renovations we work closely with several trusted and quality subcontractors. If your job is outside our scope of work we have a list of trusted referrals we would be happy to share with you.
